Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from The AI Recap. If you still don't see it, try requesting a new link. Make sure you're entering the same email you used to create your account.
Go to Settings in the app and toggle notifications. You can also choose to receive notifications for all articles, important articles only, or turn them off entirely.
Make sure your device isn't on silent mode and the volume is turned up. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. If you're still having trouble, contact us at the email above.
Open Settings and select your preferred voice from the Voice option. Your choice will apply to all future podcasts.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
